Registration requires a deposit of IDR 4,000,000 per participant (non-refundable).
Full payment must be completed no later than 30 days before departure.
For registrations made less than 30 days before departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Participants without a deposit payment are not guaranteed a seat and may be replaced by those who have completed the deposit. Partial deposits below the required amount may also result in seat cancellation without refund.
Some airlines do not allow name changes. Any request for a name change will depend on airline policies and booking systems. If denied, it will follow the refund policy due to own reason.
Participants aged 69 years or older, or with physical or mental limitations, must be accompanied by a personal assistant.
Participants aged 69 years or older are required to pay an additional premium for travel insurance, already included in the package.
Once the deposit is received, the base tour price is fixed. However, airport taxes, tipping, and visa fees are subject to change without prior notice due to factors such as currency fluctuations or fuel surcharge increases.
The tour price is all-inclusive (including international tax), and the base fare is locked once the deposit is paid. However, international taxes remain subject to change.
Ticket issuance cannot wait for visa approval. Please submit visa documents at least one month before departure.
We reserve the right to issue tickets earlier than scheduled, based on airline deadlines and requirements.
Late payment may result in seat cancellation without refund. Any costs incurred will remain the responsibility of the participant.
After deposit: Deposit is non-refundable.
After full payment: All payments are non-refundable, or refunds will follow the applicable timeline charges.
More than 21 days before departure: 50% of the deposit is non-refundable.
16–21 days before departure: 100% of the deposit is non-refundable.
8–15 days before departure: 30% refund of the tour price.
3–7 days before departure: 20% refund of the tour price.
1–2 days before departure: 10% refund of the tour price.
In cases of pandemics, natural disasters, or travel warnings, cancellations will follow policies set by the main wholesaler or airline.
Visa fees are non-refundable.
Tipping fees are fully refundable if cancellations are made more than 3 days before departure.
If the minimum participant quota is not met, we reserve the right to cancel the tour with full refund provided.
Tour participants must complete full payment before departure. Incomplete payments may result in passport withholding until obligations are met.
Visa approval or rejection is not our responsibility.
We reserve the right to deny boarding for participants suspected of violating immigration regulations or involved in illegal activities.
If a participant is denied entry at immigration due to document issues or other legal concerns, no refund will be provided.
For itineraries that include shopping stops, participants who skip the shopping stops will be charged a mandatory penalty fee.
Tour schedules, hotels, and airlines are subject to change for participant comfort and operational considerations.
Flight schedules, especially those involving transit flights, are subject to airline policies and connectivity adjustments.
Cancellations made within 25 days before departure will incur 100% cancellation fees.
Unused services are non-refundable.
The above cancellation policy is the 7Summits Travel standard policy. For specific tours with unique cancellation terms, the policy listed on the tour page will take precedence.
